Our marketplace allows users to create listings for AR-15 components and related items. We act as a platform connecting buyers and sellers but are not a party to transactions between users.

Listing Requirements

All listings must accurately describe the item being sold
Photos must be of the actual item, not stock photos
Items must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
No prohibited items may be listed (see prohibited activities section)
Listings expire after 30 days and must be renewed to remain active

Transaction Terms

Transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, handle shipping, or guarantee transactions. Users are responsible for:

Verifying legal compliance of all transactions
Completing background checks where required by law
Following all applicable transfer requirements
Arranging payment and shipping independently

User Ratings and Reputation

Private Messaging

6. Content Ownership & License

User-Generated Content

By submitting content (such as builds, reviews, comments, marketplace listings, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content. For marketplace listings, this includes the right to display your content alongside related components and affiliate offers.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or moderate any user-generated content, including marketplace listings and private messages, to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Users may report inappropriate content through our reporting system.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including trademarks, logos, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.

7. Marketplace Disclaimers

We are not a dealer, manufacturer, or seller of firearms or firearm components. We provide a platform for users to connect but do not:

Verify the legality of items being sold
Conduct background checks or legal compliance verification
Guarantee the condition, authenticity, or safety of listed items
Process payments or handle shipping
Provide warranties or guarantees for marketplace transactions

Users are solely responsible for ensuring all transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

8. General Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of part compatibility or pricing information.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site. This includes but is not limited to:

Issues related to firearm assembly, legal compliance, or product availability
Failed, fraudulent, or illegal marketplace transactions
Damages resulting from user communications or private messages
Loss of data, reputation scores, or account information
Actions or omissions of other users in marketplace transactions

Our maximum liability for any claim related to marketplace services shall not exceed $100.
